Exercise: 25 minutes swimming (would swim longer but all the Navy folks come in about 6:15am)
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with feta, spinach and onion. Cooked in a tiny bit of oil.
AM snack: string cheese stick
Lunch: leftover pork chop and broccoli and cauliflower
PM snack: sugar free jello
Dinner: Shrimp stir fry
Dessert: Mock Cheesecake
I am not counting calories. Just eating until satisfied and only getting seconds on veggies.
